What data we process and why

Your email, your business name if you give it, and any photo you upload. We use them only to prepare what you asked for, send it to you, and write to you about MenuSnap.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Retention

While you are interested in the service, and at most 12 months after your last contact. Then it is deleted.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the form data, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EEA. If you pay, Stripe processes the payment; we never see your card details.

Statistics

We count visits and clicks in aggregate, without cookies or identifiers stored on your device. We record only the country and the source of the visit (for example, Instagram).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@calimastudios.com. If you think we have not handled your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
